While I do know some German, it is not enough or good enough to carry on conversations, so I will be posting mostly in English. I will try my German out on you once in awhile. Please don't throw me out! LOL!
My name is Don Moser. I have had my pilot's license for over thirty years, and have accumulated 1500 hours, mostly in twins. I have been flying sims since FS98, and have been a scenery designer since FS2000. I fell in love with Alaska, and my love for bush flying soon followed. I have a site called Bushpounder's Alaska, which is opened to all bush pilots. I also run a multi-part VA at the same site.
Being of German decent, I love all things German. I value my German heritage very much. My great-grandfather came from Munich. When I am not flying in Alaska, you will find me and my Porter flying in the skys of Bavaria. In fact, I made a scenery for the city of Munich a few years ago. My degree from the university is History, with emphasis on German history. One day I will get there!
You have a GREAT site here, and I am sure we can work together on flights and friendships long into the future. Maybe we can even invite that Dutchman with the funny hat along too!
